SiNERGe is a multi-state collaborative led by Johns Hopkins University, dedicated to improving care for individuals with sickle cell disease throughout the Northeastern United States, Puerto Rico,and the U.S. Virgin Islands funded by the Health Resources and Services Administration through the Sickle Cell Disease Treatment Demonstration Program. Howard University is funded as the coordinating site for the District of Columbia and was refunded again in 2021! Rana Pediatric Fund provides supplemental funding for some SiNERGe projects.
